OPINION

HILL, Justice.

The City of Wichita Falls appeals from a judgment for damages resulting from the verdict of a jury. Pedro Alvarado, Sr., his wife Yldifonsa Alvarado, and their daughter Arlene Alvarado Herrera brought this suit after Arlene was required to take rabies shots because a dog that had bitten her disappeared from the city's animal control center. In two points of error, the city urges that the trial court erred in submission of a question...
