CRIPPEN, Judge.

Ronald Wayne Howard's driver's license was revoked pursuant to the implied consent law, and he petitioned for judicial review. Howard subpoenaed two police officers to produce documents and be deposed. The trial court denied the officers' motion to quash the subpoenas and ordered them to comply with the discovery requests without further payment of fees or costs by Howard.
