Leila Hospital and Health Center ("Leila") won a judgment of $568,563.80 against National Surety Corporation ("NSC") in this action arising out of a contract breach. NSC and Leila challenge a summary judgment ruling in favor of Elscint Ltd., Elscint Inc., and Elscint Imaging.
