This civil rights action is representative of the new wave of political discrimination cases that has flooded this district and it rolls in the form of a "political demotion" claim. Plaintiff Roberto Pietri Bonilla alleges that his constitutional rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution were violated when he was "demoted" from the position he occupied as Administrator of the Office...
