This is an appeal by defendant Mark Mason from his conviction for burglary following a bench trial in the circuit court of Cook County. Defendant was sentenced to fourteen months probation. The issue to be considered on appeal is whether the State's evidence was sufficient to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt of burglary.
