In this appeal, the employer/carrier challenge an award of temporary partial disability benefits. For the following reasons, we affirm.

Claimant injured her back on June 14, 1989. Although it was determined that she suffered from a herniated disc, claimant initially declined the indicated surgery. Nevertheless, claimant's physician returned her to light duty as of December 15, 1989, with restrictions. As of January 11, 1990, the carrier ceased...
