Appellant Charles Leroy Beck was tried by a jury and convicted for the crime of Sale of an Alcoholic Beverage to a Minor in violation of 37 O.S.Supp. 1985, § 538(F), in the District Court of Delaware County, in Case No. CRF-85-139.
