The survivors of Laura Suire filed this medical malpractice suit against Dr. William Foster and Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. Plaintiffs are Laura Suire's husband, Preston Joseph Suire, and their two major children, Clayton Jude Suire and Rachel Suire LaSalle.
