This is an appeal from a conviction for the felony offense of Robbery. Enhancement paragraphs in the indictment raised appellant's status to that of an habitual offender. Appellant pleaded guilty to the alleged offense before the jury. Testimony was elicited from several State's witnesses. Appellant called no witnesses nor did he testify in his own behalf.
