The trial court granted respondent Retail Systems Inc.'s motion for summary judgment, ruling that Retail's insurance policy provided coverage and that appellant CNA Insurance must defend Retail in an action brought by respondent Independent Republican Party of Minnesota for the loss of the Party's computer tape while it was in Retail's control.
