COHEN, Justice.

Appellant, Bessie Mills, was found guilty by a jury of 10 jointly tried counts of cruelty to animals. The charges were brought in two informations, each containing five counts. The jury assessed punishment in no. 88-30997, on count one only, at 365 days confinement and a $2000.00 fine, both probated.
