Raul Hernandez was found guilty by a jury of three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, and three counts of violating the 1989 version of the Illegal Drug Stamp Tax Act. See I.C. § 37-2732(a)(1)(A); I.C. § 63-4206(2). He appeals his convictions, challenging the failure of the court to appoint an interpreter, his sentences, and the district court's denial of his I.C.R. 35 motion to reduce his sentences.
