PER CURIAM.

The appellants, Barnell O. Cross, individually (Mr. Cross), and Shimberg-Cross, a general partnership (Shimberg-Cross), appeal the trial court's final order dismissing with prejudice their third party complaint for contribution and indemnity against the appellee, Tampa Electric Company (Tampa Electric). We affirm in part and reverse in part.
