On October 18, 1985, R.N.C., Inc., (RNC) filed a complaint against George and Charlotte Tsegeletos and Warren and Edith DeGraff. (Super. Ct. No. 125382.) The complaint alleged, in essence, that the Tsegeletos and DeGraffs had guaranteed the debts of Skip Sports Group, Inc., that Skip Sports had failed to pay its debts to RNC, and that the Tsegeletos and DeGraffs therefore were liable to RNC under the guarantee agreement...
