Brenda Miles was convicted of malice murder and armed robbery and was sentenced to concurrent life sentences for the convictions.1 On appeal Miles contends the evidence is insufficient to support the convictions; that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence a statement she made to the police; and that the state improperly placed her character into evidence.
