This is a civil action for injunctive and declaratory relief brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff was granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis on her claims that the state's failure to grant her an exemption from mandatory participation in the Aid to Families with Dependent Children work program, and the subsequent reduction in her benefits, violated her right to the free exercise of her religion...
