In this wrongful death action, a pedestrian, Lucille R. Adams, was struck by a car in the parking lot of a shopping center. She subsequently died from her injuries. The plaintiffs, Mrs. Adams' widower and grown children, appeal from a directed verdict in favor of J. Weingarten, Inc., the owner of the parking lot.
