Defendant, Steven D. Hill, was convicted of obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest and aggravated assault. (Ill.Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 38, pars. 31-1, 12-2(a)(6).) The trial court proceeded with the trial in the absence of the defendant and his attorney. Defendant was sentenced to three 364-day terms of imprisonment to run concurrently.
