Tony Ray Norris (defendant) was convicted, following a jury trial, of the offenses of sale of marijuana and sale of methamphetamine. § 195.020, RSMo 1986 (repealed 1989 Mo.Laws). Defendant filed a motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 29.15. After an evidentiary hearing, the motion was denied.
