Kenneth Freeman (Hassan Muhammad), an inmate at the Nebraska State Penitentiary (NSP), appeals from the order entered by the District Court for the District of Nebraska dismissing, prior to service of process, his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint against prison officials for violation of his constitutional rights to equal protection and to freely exercise his Muslim religion.
