The State Bar brought a formal complaint against respondent alleging that he violated Standards 61, 63 and 65 of Rule 4-102(d) of the Rules and Regulations of the State Bar of Georgia. The allegations were deemed admitted by default, as a sanction for respondent's failure to respond to discovery.
