Movant Clifford L. Kendrick appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief. On January 16, 1990, the movant pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of first degree tampering and the court sentenced him to seven years imprisonment. The court suspended execution of the sentence for one week to allow him to make arrangements for his pregnant wife....
