Following a hearing in the circuit court of Lake County, a judgment for dissolution of marriage was entered on October 2, 1989, whereby the marriage between petitioner, Joseph F. Frederick, and respondent, Joanne A. Frederick, was dissolved. Pursuant to respondent's motion to reconsider, the judgment was subsequently amended.
