MOORE, Justice.

This appeal presents two issues pertaining to the valuation of certain items of marital property. Cynthia Thomas challenges the superior court's valuation of her non-vested retirement benefits at the amount of her contributions. She also contests the trial court's failure to account for appreciation in its valuation of a purse seine limited entry permit.
