The parents of Meghan Threlkeld filed this legal malpractice suit against their former attorneys, the Haskins Law Firm (Haskins). The Threlkelds allege that Haskins allowed their medical malpractice claim to prescribe against the doctor and hospital involved in Meghan's delivery.
