Defendant, Leroy McGee, was convicted of one count of unlawful delivery of between 15 and 100 grams of a substance containing cocaine (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 56½, par. 1401(a)(2)) and two counts of unlawful delivery of less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine (Ill.Rev. Stat.1989, ch. 56½, par. 1401(b)(2)). He was sentenced to a 16-year term of imprisonment for the largest delivery and to fouryear...
