PER CURIAM.

McArthur Breedlove appeals the denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const.; Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.850. We hold that the trial court did not err in refusing to conduct an evidentiary hearing and affirm the denial of relief.
