Claimant, Mary Lou McDuffee, filed two applications for adjustment of claim (the applications) pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act (the Act) (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1989, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) for separate injuries allegedly incurred during the course of her employment with the respondent, Swift Eckrich. The first application for adjustment of claim was filed on July 18, 1989, and was assigned No. 89-WC-33711...
