This is an appeal from an order of the district court upholding a judgment entered by a magistrate in a divorce action. We also affirm the judgment.

All of the issues in the divorce of Paul James Desfosses (Jim) and Annie Desfosses were tried before a magistrate in Bannock County, and a final decree was entered July 6, 1987.
