OPINION

RANDALL, Judge.

On December 22, 1989, a number of trees on respondent James Pluntz' property were damaged when a car driven by Bruce Leander left the roadway abutting respondent's property. The car was owned by Leander's employer, appellant Farmington Ford Mercury Inc. (Farmington). Leander lost control of the car after suffering a sudden cardiac and respiratory arrest. Pluntz commenced a trespass action against Farmington to recover property damages...
