This appeal by the defendant, Jaldir Lobo, M.D., is from a final order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, which set aside a jury verdict in favor of the defendant and granted a new trial to the plaintiffs-appellees, Ernestine Tabor and Ronald M.
