A jury found defendant guilty of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor, § 577.010,1 and resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor, § 575.150. She was sentenced on the driving while intoxicated conviction to a jail term of 90 days and a fine of $100.
