Defendant was indicted for first degree murder, first degree burglary, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and accessory after the fact of a felony (murder). Pursuant to a plea arrangement, defendant pled guilty to attempted first degree burglary, for which he received the presumptive sentence, and accessory after the fact of murder.
