This child custody case originated with a petition filed by Debra Cooper Carver (mother) on June 20, 1989, alleging that there had been a change of circumstances since the final divorce decree and subsequent orders which materially affects the welfare of the three minor children of the parties. The trial court denied the change of custody requested by the mother, thereby continuing custody with Jerry Cooper (father). The mother appeals. We affirm....
