Emmanuel Melissinos appeals the trial court's judgment awarding damages to Thongkhan Phamanivong for injuries arising out of medical treatment performed by Melissinos. Melissinos claims that the trial court erred in the manner in which it submitted jury questions concerning failure to obtain informed consent to the surgical procedures performed and for fraud in failing to obtain that consent.
