RANDALL, Judge.

This is an appeal from a jury verdict finding appellant Willard LeRoy Davidson, Jr. guilty of one count of sale or distribution of obscene material in violation of Minn.Stat. § 617.241, subd. 2(a) (1988). Appellant was sentenced to 91 days in jail and a fine of $3000, with a conditional stay of the jail time and $2500 of the fine.
