Claimant appeals from an order of the Judge Of Compensation Claims (JCC) denying permanent total disability (PTD) benefits. We reverse.

Claimant, a 54-year-old functionally illiterate man, suffered a compensable back injury when a car struck claimant's car while he was riding with his supervisor on a work-related errand.
