This is an appeal by H.H. Keim Co. (Keim) from a summary judgment in favor of Alpine Packing Company (Alpine), holding that there were no material issues of fact that would warrant a trial concerning a debt owed by Keim to Alpine, and that Alpine was entitled to judgment as a matter of law. We affirm.
