This attorney disciplinary action is before the Court to consider the findings and recommendation of the Idaho State Bar to impose sanctions on Gordon W. Jenkins, an attorney licensed to practice law in this state, because of actions and conduct of a legal assistant in his employ.

A seven-count complaint was filed against Jenkins by the Idaho State Bar alleging that he had engaged in solicitation practices...
