Plaintiffs Freddie R. Smith and Lila R. Smith appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendant Fruehauf Corporation.

Freddie Smith was injured on October 2, 1984, when the vehicle he was driving went out of control and overturned. He was driving a tractor (truck) and pulling two tandem trailers manufactured by Fruehauf.
