The petitioner, Dana Crouch, appeals from the August 15, 1990, ruling of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, which affirmed the Workers' Compensation Commissioner's order of March 17, 1989, denying authorization for the purchase of a van specially equipped to accommodate a wheelchair.
