This is a boundary action between the owners of adjacent tracts of land in rural Iberia Parish. The plaintiffs, Lillian Tauzin, et al (hereafter Tauzin), filed suit to establish the boundary between their tract of land and that of defendant, Roy Degeyter, Sr. The Degeyter land bounds the Tauzin land on the north and east.
