Proceeding pro se, the plaintiff in the above-captioned case is suing the Potomac Electric Power Company ("PEPCO") for $50,000 in damages caused by a fire allegedly started due to the defendant's wrong-doing and for $100,000 for the plaintiff's allegedly "traumatic" nine-year-long relationship with the defendant.
