We find no error by the trial court in concluding that the appellant failed to testify "truthfully" at the trial of a codefendant thus violating a provision of appellant's agreement with the state. In addition to considering the record herein, which we consider sufficient to support affirmance, we have also considered the record in the codefendant's case pursuant to appellant's request at oral argument...
