CANNON, Justice.

Appellant entered a plea of guilty before the court to the offense of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, in an amount less than 28 grams. TEX.HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 481.115. The court assessed punishment, enhanced under TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 12.42(b), at confinement for thirty (30) years. Appellant brings six points of error.
