PUDLOWSKI, Judge.
Defendant was convicted by a jury of attempted robbery in the first degree, assault in the first degree, and armed criminal action. The trial court sentenced defendant as a prior offender to concurrent terms of 10 years imprisonment for each count. He is appealing both the aforementioned judgment and the judgment which denied his motion to vacate the conviction and sentence under Supreme Court Rule 29.15.
