The plaintiff Commercial Credit Equipment Corporation [CCEC] sued the defendant Paul Parsons for a deficiency after repossession and sale of the collateral under a lease agreement. The defendant pleaded that the disposition was not in a manner commercially reasonable, and counterclaimed for damages.
