Raymond Bell pled guilty to sexual abuse of a minor. I.C. § 18-1506(1)(a). He appeals following the district court's order relinquishing jurisdiction in his case and committing him to the Idaho State Board of Correction to serve a previously imposed sentence of ten years with a five-year minimum period of confinement.
