In case No. 90-689, the defendant-appellant Ronald L. Morley was charged with attempted burglary, in violation of Neb. Rev.Stat. §§ 28-201 and 28-507 (Reissue 1989). His brother, defendant-appellant William A. Morley, was charged with the same crime in case No. 90-702.
