Justice GORMAN delivered the opinion of the court:

Denise Fay Papesh brought suit for injuries sustained as the result of a dog bite. At issue is the ownership of the dog. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Barbara Matesevac and plaintiff appeals. We affirm.

The defendants, Raymond and Barbara Matesevac, were divorced in 1982. Their two children resided with Mrs. Matesevac until June of 1987, at which point they went to live with their father...
